Bidding Documentation

The sale is held online using Real Auction.  For more information you may visit https://queenannes.marylandtaxsale.com/  Prospective bidders may pre-register online for the sale no later than one week prior to the tax sale date. You must be pre registered on the website in order to be able to bid. All bidders must establish their eligibility for bidding by presenting satisfactory evidence of legal existence of the bidding entity and identify a single agent to bid on behalf of that entity.

Tax Sale Date

The next tax sale will occur on May 17, 2022 (the 3rd Tuesday of the month) and will be held online at https://queenannes.marylandtaxsale.com/ .

Property Listing

A listing of the properties will be found in the Record Observer and online at https://queenannes.marylandtaxsale.com/ . The online list will be updated weekly. The newspaper list will not be updated weekly to reflect paid accounts.

  1. What are the date, time and location of your tax sale?
  2. How often are tax sales held?
  3. Does the County hold a deed sale in addition to a lien sale? If so, when and where does it take place?
