Planning Applications and Information
Please print and submit your completed application in person at the Planning and Zoning Department. Thank you for your understanding!

Document Printing Fees
TIP: You can submit your application online and bring copies of all required documents to the Planning and Zoning Department to avoid printing fees.
| Document Size | Fee | Description |
|---|---|---|
| 8.5 X 11 | $1.25 per page | Fee for printing standard sized documents. |
| 8.5 X 14 | $1.25 per page | Fee for printing legal sized documents. |
| 11 X 17 | $2.50 per page | Fee for printing tabloid sized documents. |
| Larger than 11 X 17 | Copies of all documents larger than 11 X 17 will be required to be dropped off or mailed to the Planning and Zoning Department after digital upload. | |
** IMPORTANT**
Please ensure that all uploaded documents are clearly legible when printed. If any documents are found to be unclear or difficult to read, we will request larger or clearer copies for review, which may delay the processing time of your application.
Payment Processing Fees
TIP: You can bring a paper check or cash to the Planning and Zoning Department to avoid processing fees. Checks should be made payable to QAC Commissioners.
