How to Challenge a Ballot During Canvass

The public may challenge a Board decision during the board review. Immediately announce the challenge using the chat feature of the Google Meet. The challenger will then scan a signed copy of the Challenge During Canvass Form (PDF) and email it to the Election Director, in PDF format. Once the Challenge Form has been received, the Board will take action on that ballot. The Board’s decision will be live and in a reply email to the challenger.  Challenge During Canvass Form (PDF)
