Applications Now Open: Delmarva Power Customer Relief Fund
Queen Anne’s County residents who are Delmarva Power customers may be eligible for financial assistance through the Delmarva Power Customer Relief Fund
This program provides up to $500 per household in grant assistance. Approved funds are credited directly to the customer’s Delmarva Power account to help offset electric bills
Who Is Eligible?
To qualify, applicants must:
- Be an active Delmarva Power residential customer (renter or homeowner)
- Meet limited- or moderate-income guidelines
Each household may apply once
What to Bring
Applicants should bring:
- A photo ID
- A copy of their most recent Delmarva Power bill
- Proof of income or benefits card

Residents can receive in-person assistance on:
