Sept. 7th – Learn about popular scams so you don’t fall for them
CENTREVILLE - Jeannine Robinson, with the Maryland Attorney General’s Office, Consumer Protection Division, will offer a free presentation at each senior center in Queen Anne’s County. Attendees will learn about: the 8 telltale signs of a scam, popular scams to watch out for, and how to avoid becoming a victim of a scam. The September 7 classes are being held at the following times and places: 9 a.m. Kent Island Senior Center (410-604-380); 10:30 a.m. at Grasonville Senior Center (410-827-6010) and 12:30 p.m. at Sudlersville Senior Center (410-438-3159.)
