Participants may become aware of symptoms they might not have known to be correlated to leg vein disease. For example, this condition can lead to tired, heavy, achy, and painful legs. Some with this problem may have bulging leg veins, leg swelling by the end of the day and lower leg ulcers. Individuals may fall into high risk categories for venous disease due to family history, lifestyle choices, and other factors.
