BAY BRIDGE LIFE CYCLE REPORT - “by 2040 there will significant queues every day of the week during the summer months. Daily queues in the eastbound direction could extend up to 13 miles. Daily westbound queues could extend three miles and Sunday queues could extend up to 14 miles. Even during non-summer months there would be eastbound queues of up to a mile on Friday evenings and Saturday afternoons.”
