
Eastern Shore Fur Festival

Queen Anne’s County Animal Services is excited to host the Eastern Shore Fur Festival, a community adoption event celebrating pets, families, and fun. The festival will take place this fall and will feature adoptable animals, local vendors, food, crafts, and activities for all ages.
Partnering with animal shelters and rescues from across the Eastern Shore, the festival will showcase a wide variety of animals searching for their forever homes.

In addition to adoption opportunities, the festival will feature food trucks, shopping, and local services and programs, a perfect way to spend the afternoon while supporting animals in need.
Adoption Reminders
- Be prepared to take your pet home the same day (no holds available).
- Renters must have landlord approval before adopting.
- All household members should meet the animal prior to adoption.
- Please do not enter or open cages/kennels without permission from staff.
- Do not feed the animals.
- Leashed, well-behaved pets are welcome to attend.
