Bikes and Beers Kent Island Event to Impact Trails and Traffic on July 13, 2024
The 4th Annual Bikes and Beers Kent Island event, organized by Cult Classic, will take place on Saturday, July 13, 2024, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. This charity benefit bike ride is expected to attract 450 cyclists, who will traverse various scenic routes across Queen Anne’s County.

Trail Impact: The event will impact the following park trails:
- Old Love Point Park (Cross Island Trail) to Long Point Park (end of Cross County Connector Trail)
Other Route Impacts: Non-trail routes will also be affected by the high number of cyclists.

Event Highlights: The Bikes and Beers Kent Island event features 15, 30, and 45-mile rides, all departing from Cult Classic Brewing and passing through the picturesque landscapes of Maryland's Eastern Shore. Participants can enjoy morning fuel stations, fully marked routes, GPS turn-by-turn instructions, rest stops, refreshments, ride marshals, and SAG support. The event concludes with a festival at Cult Classic Brewing, featuring craft beers, live music, a charity raffle, and more. All riding levels are welcome, and the event benefits charity partners.
