Adaptive Reuse of the Former Sudlersville Middle School Building
The former Sudlersville Middle School is an institutional building originally built as the town’s High School in 1920 and is located in the heart of the small town of Sudlersville in Queen Anne’s County, Maryland.
Currently owned by the Sudlersville Volunteer Fire Company, Queen Anne’s County is supporting the project with the development of a Feasibility Study to identify its adaptive re-use and re-development potential.
