Queen Anne’s County Local Care Team Offering Virtual Meetings
The Queen Anne’s County Local Care Team (LCT) is here to help. We remain here for you during the COVID-19 health emergency. We are now offering Virtual Face-to-Face meeting.
The LCT strives to ensure that children and their families receive the necessary supports and resources to live in the community successfully.
The LCT works with parents, guardians and other adults on children’s behalf. The purpose is to open doors, brainstorm and share knowledge, advocate, and develop strategies to help your child thrive.
