Beginning in October, work will begin on the roof of the Queen Anne’s County Office Building at 110 Vincit Street, Centreville, to replace materials which have not performed in accordance with the approved architectural specifications.
The building will remain open throughout the construction and disruption will be limited primarily to sequenced entrance closures. Visitors are requested to observe all signage and safety barriers in place during construction.
The improvements are wholly funded by the original building contractor and arranged in coordination with the Department of Public Works. Construction is anticipated to be complete by mid-November.
