Meeting began at 5:20 with an administrative session for an Ethics Commission appointment and Broadband Advisory Council appointments. There was a consensus in closed session and vote in open session for the appointment of Jerry Jordan to the Ethics Commission and Joyce Jones and Scott Seaborne to the Broadband Advisory Council

1. A Categorical Transfer from the BOE – hold over from last meeting – approved
2. DESAC Appointment Request – Richard Svoboda to a two year term – approved 
3. Upper Shore Workforce Investment Board Appointment – Ms. Susan Coopage – approved 
4. Amended Deed of Open Space Easement – Klingfisher LLC administrative subdivision – approved
5. Budget Amendment CC-37 – IT infrastructure project removal of budget authority for FY19 capital budget – approved
6. Budget Amendment CC4 – establishes budget authority for USRC ED salary which is then reimbursed to the county through the USRC – approved
7. Budget Amendment CC-6 – encumbers FY18 monies for vehicle invoiced in FY19 – approved
8. Budget Amendment CC-7 – recognizes emergency management grant funds unspent – approved
