C Shift

The Department of Emergency Services 9-1-1 Division “C” shift is currently comprised of Lieutenant Brian Willey, fifteen years with the agency and has over twenty years’ experience as a Public Safety Telecommunicator. Sergeant Marie Starkey, four years with the agency, and over ten years as a Public Safety Telecommunicator experience. Public Safety Dispatcher-I (PSD-I) Matt Dowling has been with the Agency for two years. Public Safety Dispatcher-II (PSD II) Greg Rhodes has been with the Agency for six months and has four years’ experience as a Public safety telecommunicator. Public Safety Dispatcher-II (PSD II) Brandon McGinnis has been with the Agency for six months and has over five years’ experience as a Public Safety Dispatcher. Each of these Telecommunicators is also a volunteer First Responders in their community.
