
The Queen Anne’s County Economic Development Commission, in partnership with the Department of Economic and Tourism Development, is hosting the 2nd Annual Business Appreciation Breakfast on Friday, April 20. Kurt Landgraf, President of Washington College, is the key note speaker.
County Commissioner Mark Anderson said, “Businesses, both large and small, are the backbone of any stable local economy by employing many of our citizens and generating tax income for the county to provide services to our population.”
“This year we are very pleased to be recognizing local businesses for supporting the Driving Strategies of the county’s Economic Development Strategic Plan.” said Jean Fabi, Economic Development Manager for the Department of Economic and Tourism Development.
The event will be held at the Caroline Center at Chesapeake College; from 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Seating is limited. Tickets are $30 and are available through Eventbrite. No tickets will be sold at the door. For more information contact Jean Fabi at jfabi@qac.org
