[ARCHIVED] Queen Anne’s County Government Launches New Applicant Tracking System

Queen Annes County Introduces New Applicant Tracking System

Queen Anne’s County Government Launches New Applicant Tracking System

Queen Anne’s County Government is excited to announce the launch of its new applicant tracking system, which went live on August 26, 2024. This system, integrated with the Tyler/Munis platform, will replace our current system as we phase out our legacy system, effective September 2024.

With the sunsetting of the module provided by Civic Plus, which previously handled applicant tracking, job postings, and the ability to apply for jobs, we made the strategic decision to utilize our existing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. This transition allows us to leverage the integration capabilities with both Human Capital Management and Payroll, significantly improving efficiency and streamlining processes within our system.

Starting August 26, 2024, we will begin announcing job opportunities in the new system. To access the new system, visit our website at www.qac.org and click on the employment icon.

Please note, if you currently have an application in our legacy system that you use to apply for newly posted positions, you will need to complete a new application to continue applying for jobs within Queen Anne’s County Government. Additionally, to be notified of new job postings, you will need to sign up for new notifications.

Instructions to Sign Up for Job Posting Notifications:

Create a user account using your preferred email address and sign in

Select the button that indicates Enroll in Email Notifications

Select All Job Families

Select Submit

How to Apply for a Position:

Create a user account using your preferred email adders and sign in

Select a job to get started.

Select Apply.

Complete each section of the application; you will be prompted to select next to move forward in the application process.

You will also be prompted if a section is incomplete, or a required field is missing.

Select submit at the end of the application.

You will receive an email indicating your application was successfully submitted.

Once you have applied for a job, you can easily track the status of your application through the new system. After logging in, one of the following statuses will be displayed on your profile:

  • Application Submitted
  • Application Under Review
  • Pursuing Other Candidates
  • Eligibility List
  • Position Filled

These statuses will provide clear updates on where your application stands in the hiring process.

For any questions or concerns regarding the new job applicant platform, please contact our Human Resources Department at 410-758-4406.

We appreciate your understanding during this transition and look forward to continuing to serve our community with improved efficiency and service.
