Last night at the County Commissioners meeting, a Proclamation was presented to the Center for the Military and Veteran Family (VAMSA) to celebrate Veterans Day on November 11th and National Veterans and Military Families Month throughout November 2023. VAMSA was also joined by local veterans representing all corners of Queen Anne’s County and the Maryland Division- U.S. Naval Sea Cadet Corps Group.
This important partnership aims to raise awareness and foster a deeper understanding of the challenges and triumphs faced by our veterans and their families. Queen Anne’s County is dedicated to amplifying the recognition and support for our military personnel, veterans, and their families, reinforcing our unwavering commitment to those who have served and continue to serve our great nation.
