Join the Queen Anne’s County Commission on Aging for a Town Hall Meeting with State and County Officials

The Queen Anne’s County Commission on Aging is pleased to announce its upcoming Town Hall Meeting, which will take place on September 21, 2023, from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM. The event will be held at the Grasonville Senior Center, located at 4802 Main Street.

The Town Hall Meeting aims to provide an open forum for community members to engage with State and County Officials. By bringing together government representatives and the public, the Commission on Aging seeks to address important issues affecting seniors in Queen Anne’s County.

To ensure a comprehensive discussion, the Queen Anne’s County Commission on Aging invites community members to submit their questions and concerns prior to the Town Hall Meeting. Possible topics for discussion include Transportation, Housing, Medical, Safety, and Community Services.

There are multiple options available for submitting questions:

  1. Email: Send your questions and concerns to wgilbert@qac.org. The deadline for email submissions is Friday, September 1.
  2. Online Form: Visit the website https://qacmd.seamlessdocs.com/f/TownHallFlyer to fill out the form online. Alternatively, you can print the form and drop it off at any of the three senior center locations.

The Queen Anne’s County Commission on Aging encourages all community members to participate in this important event and have their voices heard.
