QAC To Fill a Vacancy on the Property Tax Assessment Appeals Board
The Queen Anne’s County Commissioners are looking for volunteers to fill a recent vacancy for an alternate member of the Property Tax Assessment Appeals Board. The deadline for applications will remain open until filled.
Members of the Property Tax Assessment Board are recommended by the County Commissioners and appointment by the Governor of Maryland. Earliest records show appointments being made in 1978.
Anyone interested in serving on the Property Tax Assessment Appeals Board is encouraged to send a letter of interest and a brief resume to shershberger@qac.org or via mail to Shari Hershberger, 107 N.
