QAC Rabies Clinic for Dogs, Cats and Ferrets, June 20 4:30-6:30PM at the QAC Health Department

The event will take place in the parking lot of the Health Department at 206 N. Commerce Street in Centreville. The fee is $5.00 per animal: Please bring exact cash or check, along with previous vaccination record if applicable. Please ensure that all dogs are on leashes, and cats/ferrets are in carriers.

Maryland law requires that all dogs, cats, and ferrets over the age of 4 months be vaccinated against rabies. Pets must be 12 weeks old to receive vaccination. Rabies vaccine is good for one year without prior vaccination and is good for 3 years with prior vaccination. Vaccine is good for only one year for ferrets.
