    The 2024 Philadelphia Flower Show is both the nation's largest and the world's longest running horticultural event, featuring stunning displays by premier floral and landscape designers from around the globe. The Flower Show host esteemed competitions in horticulture and artistic floral arranging, gardening presentations and demonstrations. Registration fee includes motor coach transportation and admission. Registration Deadline: Sunday, February 11, 2024 Depart: Kent Island Park and Ride (Next to Western Auto) at 7:30 a.m. Depart: Food Lion in Centreville at 8:00 a.m. Return: Approximately 7:00 p.m.

  2. Discover Summer Camp- Register Now

    Discover Summer is a traditional summer day camp where campers will participate in a variety of fun activities focused on making connections and creating memories to last a lifetime. Caring counselors will lead campers in pre-planned leisure activities in arts, crafts, sports, and games to develop physical, social, and emotional skills such as teamwork, creativity, and self-confidence. Campers must bring a bag lunch, snacks, and plenty to drink each day. Sunscreen and bug spray are also highly recommended as some of the day will be spent outdoors. (Ages 6–12 as of June 17, 2024).     The Fieldhouse Athletic Training and Queen Anne’s County Parks and Recreation are excited to present a Youth Football Camp in Queen Anne’s County. The campers will be working with College players from Towson, Frostburg, and Stevenson along with Coaches from The FieldHouse Athletic Training team with over 95 years of coaching experience. The camp will be broken down by position; Quarterback, Wide Receivers, Offensive Lineman, Running Backs, Defensive Lineman, Linebackers, and Secondary. Each Camper will have the opportunity to select one Offense and one Defense position. At each position the Coach will focus on footwork, technique, and other skills related to each position.     Grab your baskets… It’s egg hunting time! Children ages 1-10 are invited to celebrate Easter with Queen Anne’s County’s Department of Parks and Recreation. Please remember to bring your child’s Easter Egg baskets to collect the eggs and camera to take pictures with the Easter Bunny. Egg Hunts will be broken up in three age brackets, and one from each age group wins a special prize if they can find the elusive golden egg. Entry is free, but pre-registration is required.
