Park Pavilion Rentals

Park pavilions are a great place to hold a birthday party, corporate event, family gathering, school picnic or any other special occasion. Pavilions vary in size to accommodate any group.  Pavilions that are not reserved can be used on a first-come, first-served basis if you have a group of less than 20 people. Restroom water is turned off during winter months and grills may not be available or accessible during this time due to winter maintenance. Your rental may begin as early as 8 am and end as late as 8 pm in the day.  In addition to the daily fee, there is a security deposit fee of $100, that will be refunded if no damage or trash is found on Park property.

Reservations are accepted up to one year in advance via online, phone, and walk-in at Parks & Recreation Headquarters.

How to Rent:  Call 410-758-0835, 7am to 3:30pm, Monday thru Friday or Complete the Park Facilities Rental Request form and email to qacrecreation@qac.org.
