From Kent Island, the Maryland Department of Transportation Maryland Transit Administration (MDOT MTA) operates four routes Monday through Friday between the Eastern Shore and Baltimore or Washington, D.C., with seats still available. Free parking is offered at the Kent Island Park and Ride (Under US 50 at Exit 41) and the Stevensville Park and Ride (near MD 8 and US 50).
