Aging

The Department of Aging offers programs and activities that support senior citizens in their effort to remain healthy, active and independent and to age in place.

Services are provided through four multi-purpose senior centers located in Suddlersville, Centreville, Grasonville, and Kent Island. Meals, activities, information and assistance, transportation, and supportive in-home services are delivered by a staff of 45 full and part time persons.

The Queen Anne’s County Department of Aging is an E.O.E. and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, age, national origin or disability in the admission of, access to, or treatment in its programs or activities.

All seniors are encouraged to avail themselves of the services provided.
