All three documents found below need to be completed and submitted to the finance office the day of the tax sale to register as a tax sale bidder.

The next Tax Sale will occur on May 21st 2013.  The auction starts at 10:00 a.m. in the Commissioners room located at 107 N. Liberty Street, Centreville , MD.

Registration begins at 8:00 a.m in the Treasury Office on the first floor of the Liberty Building.

A listing of the properties can be found in the Record Observer and on-line as of May 3rd 2013.  The on-line list will be updated weekly on Fridays.  The newspaper list will not be updated weekly to reflect paid accounts.
