MDA Mosquito Control Policy 2012 Mosquito Control Letter for Individual Participants 2012 Mosquito Control Letter for Participating Communities Mosquitoes in Queen Anne's County affect the public health and quality of life of both the residents and visitors to the county. Queen Anne's County contains a variety of mosquito habitats including marshes and flood plains. Mosquito production along the coast can have a negative impact on tourism, and mosquito production inland can impact public health through the transmission of diseases. Any questions or comments concerning this program are welcomed. Please contact Katie Brewer at (410) 841-5870 or katie.brewer@maryland.gov
