Riverside Estates is a low/moderate-income rental housing project. The Development is located on Riverside Drive in Chester. The community includes 23 two-bedroom townhouses. One unit is fully handicapped accessible. Tenants pay at least $440 rent per month, plus utilities. Residents with higher incomes pay up to 30% of their adjusted gross income for rent.
