Regional Mental Health Advisory Committee The Annotated Code of Maryland, Section 10-308, requires the establishment of county advisory committees on mental health. They are governed by Mid-Shore Mental Health Systems in Easton, Maryland. The mission of this committee is to advise county and state officials on the needs of citizens with mental illness in this region and to identify ways in which these needs can be met.
