Board of Appeals - Zoning
The Zoning Appeals Board was established in 1961 to hold public hearings on requests for variances, conditional uses and appeals relating to Queen Anne's County Code. They meet as required, normally on a Wednesday or Thursday evening, and hear one to three cases per night.
The Zoning Appeals Board has three full-time members and one alternate member, all of whom are appointed for three-year terms, as follows:
