Planning Commission Approved 2010 Comprehensive Plan
2. On July, 28 2010 the Queen Anne’s County Planning Commission approved the 2010 Comprehensive Plan. The plan has been submitted to the Queen Anne's County Commissions for adoption. The Queen Anne's County Commissioners have scheduled a public hearing
for the 2010 Comprehensive Plan. The meeting will take place Monday, August 16, 2010 at 7:00 p.m. in the
Queen Anne's County High School Auditorium.

It also includes the resulting Planning Commission decisions from meetings held on July 19, 2010 and July 28, 2010.

4. Land Use Changes / Rezoning Requests were to be received by July 6, 2010. Requests regarding property in the Grasonville planning area have been deferred by the Planning Commission.
