Socialserve.com is operating the Department of Housing and Community Devolpment program at MDHousingSearch.org. This free service for providers and potential renters of affordable and Section 8 rental housing has already experienced great success throughout the State of Maryland. Socialserve.com staff is available toll free, Monday - Friday from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. at 1-877-428-8844 to answer questions, add properties, or make adjustments to landlord listings. Landlords Landlords will be able to list and manage all of their affordable properties for free via the internet or with a quick telephone call to 1-877-428-8844. Tenants Will be able to access available rentals in Queen Anne's County and throughout the State of Maryland via internet or by the toll free number listed above. The Queen Anne's County Housing Authority is pleased to be able to provide this service to our County.
