County Administrator Gregg Todd's Wrap Up of the June 27th QAC Commissioners' Meeting

Tab 3, Action:

1. FY2018 Property Tax Letter for your signatures – approved

2. Chesapeake College Information Technology Systems & Processes – the college is requesting to use utilize $800K of its fund balance for IT upgrades and the new president search and transition. The other counties support – approved

3. Budget Amendment CC-27 – cleanup closed capital projects & remove budget authority – approved

4. Budget Amendment CC-28 – DPW – transfers unspent roads equipment shed project to fund balance and increases funding for general services warehouse per last meetings vote – approved

5. Budget Amendment CC-2 – per last meeting’s vote, this moves funds from emergency generator and county facilities project to DPW roof replacement – approved

6. Budget Amendment CC-3 – adjusts capital projects that were reduced during the FY18 budget – approved

7. Budget Amendment CC-4 – Aging received a grant from MTA to purchase 2 buses, total $134,120. County share is $13,412 to come from Aging’s special revenue fund – approved

8. Budget Amendment CC-5 – board of education budget by category – approved

9. Bay Bridge Airport Advisory Committee appointments John Friel and Jason Jarvi and re-appoint John Veltman to a three year term on the Bay Bridge Airport Advisory Committee to begin July 1, 2017 and end June 30, 2020. – approved
