Meeting began at 8:00 with a closed session consult with counsel and was followed by an 8:30 personnel closed session.

1. National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System - Phase II MS4 Permit info item

2. Detention Center: Needs Assessment and Renovation Master Plan - Crabtree, Rohrbaugh & Associates Architects of Towson, Maryland in the amount of $ 40,000 – approved  

3. Earth Day School Video Contest and Countywide Roadside Cleanup – info item – great work Connie Toulson for pulling this event together and getting the schools involved with the video contest!

4. Systematic Replacement of Roads Division Mini Excavator Kubota KX-057 Mini-Excavator, from Burke Equipment Company, of Felton, DE, in the amount of $70,431.28 – approved  

5. Systematic Replacement of Compactors - two (2) Wastequip Compactors with one (1) power unit from Mid-Atlantic Waste of Cordova, Maryland, in the amount of $58,697.60 – approved

6. Systematic Replacement of Containers - four (4) 40-yard Open Top Containers from Mid-Atlantic Waste of Cordova, MD, in the amount of $23,265 – approved

7. FY18 Sewerage and Water Rate Increase per budget discussion – approved at 2.5% increase

8. Citizen FY18 Budget Letter – approved
