County Administrator Gregg Todd's Wrap Up of Jan. 24 QAC Commissioner Meeting

Meeting began at 4:00 with a closed session to interview a final candidate for the Economic Development Director position. The commissioners decided that the individual was not a good fit so we will continue out search. There were 2 closed sessions after the public portion of the meeting, one to discuss an offer on a county parcel and one to discuss pending litigation.

There was one motion made after public comment which was to match the Farm Bureau’s donation of $2500 to the 2017 Agriculture Awareness Day.

There will be special legislative session next Tuesday, Jan 31st to discuss medical cannabis dispensaries.
