On Thursday April 18th the Blue Heron Golf Course hosted a Learn to Play Golf Day. Kids ages 7 - 12 were given 2 clubs, a bucket of range balls and a 5 minute lesson for just $5. The event lasted 2 hours and 20 kids were able to learn how to swing the golf club and walk away with their very own clubs to continue practicing. The Blue Heron Golf Course offers plenty of kids camps throughout the summer and a Junior Golf League for those who already know how to play.
