Meeting started at 8:00 a.m. on Tuesday with an administrative session to discuss EDC appointments and an 8:30 consult with counsel (Pat and Lance). A consensus was taken to approve the re-appointment of Helen Bennett and Steve Donovan to the EDC and to appointment Jesse Parks to Kate Gray’s position but to hold off on the appointment of William Pearce pending a review of what businesses are currently represented on the EDC Board. This was voted on during open session as was a vote to forward the proposed EDC Bylaw changes back to the EDC for their review/consent.
